Golden Mallet Lore – The question of cheating comes up from time to time, an outgrowth of the intensely competitive nature of the game.  The Council has decided in  its wisdom not to rule officially on this question.  However, past Golden Mallets have unofficially confided that cheating has been practiced, from time to time.  The key here is not to be caught in the act of cheating.  Anyone caught cheating must, of course, resign from the game immediately, in shame.
