1977 Note – Re: opp. page: re: M LeMess. Due to her voluntary & complete abstinence from GM play for season of 1978 “Marty” Le M is absolved from submitting Form GM37821-6 as prescribed, is declared GM champion for 1977. We congratulate her for her (recently acquired) respect for Authority as personified by the GM Board & Supreme Court. CSOTPH 6/20/1978 AD (so ordered HJB Colfax charter #2 circa 1920).
